Group Meditation

For people who already incorporate the art of meditation into your daily lives, our group meditation allows you to share this reflective experience with others in a serene and tranquil setting. This practice is the perfect way to start your workday or end your work night. And best of all, there is no cost to you.

Meditation

Meditation is a gift for your mind. It can guide the start of your day or even help a difficult day change course. This introductory class will teach step by step techniques that you will be able to use at home as part of a daily practice.

Through guided visualization, we will gently help you find inner peace and self-realization. You can sit on a chair or a pillow, and because this is exercise for your mind only, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is appropriate.

Yoga Form 1

Have you always wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start? Have you worried that perhaps you may not be able to do the movements? Follow the instruction? Breathe properly? Stretch enough? Then this is the class for you.

With patience and gentle guidance, you will learn the fundamentals of all that is yoga. From proper alignment and movements to finding your own foundation, and enjoying the beauty of meditation, this is your perfect beginning.

Yoga  Form 2

Your hard work is paying off and you’re ready for the next step. In this class, you will be challenged by using your now established knowledge to push yourself even further. You will gain additional physical and spiritual strength through further stimulating movements and meditation.

 Yoga Master Class Series

Each four-week series will focus on a group of similar poses. These classes will progress towards a peak pose and build upon the previous class, adding more depth and challenging postures as the series progresses.

These creatively sequenced classes are designed for the dedicated student who wants to transform and grow their practice as they build strength, confidence, and clarity, allowing them the opportunity to explore more advanced postures.

Come prepared to have fun, work hard, and share your practice with other enthusiastic yogis.

 Ball Hockey

No, we haven’t expanded our facility or added nets and face off circles; yes we are giving you a chance to practice yoga wrapped in a little white lie.

Tight shoulders and legs after a game? How about an aching back after a hike? If any of this sounds familiar, Ball Hockey is the class for you. In this session, we will help increase your flexibility with slow gentle stretching so you can move a little easier each day. No yoga experience necessary, no hockey sticks required.
